Downloadable Game Policy
When an order is placed for a downloadable game title, you will not receive your download link instantly. You should receive an e-mail within 1-2 business days after your order with instructions on how to download your game. Once you have installed the downloadable game on your computer and start the game, you will have to be online to validate your game before play. This means that you will have to be connected to the internet each time you want to play your downloadable game. Product Warranty
Breakthrough Gaming warrants to the original purchaser of a product, that their PC game product will be free of defects for (25) days from the date of purchase. If a problem occurs in that (25) day period, Breakthrough Gaming will replace the product free of charge. This warranty isn't applicable and will be void if the defect in the Breakthrough Gaming product has occurred because of abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect.
