1. What information do we collect?

Information that is automatically collected
Some information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit, use, or navigate our Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your real name or address) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, your 3rd party online gaming username (such as a PlayStation Network Online ID), browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, search terms you have searched for on our websites, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. The legal basis for this processing is the provision of the service you have requested. The information is stored in connection logs for the purpose of ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website, including the prevention of malicious attacks to our systems. We may also use the information for statistical purposes.

Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services (such as signing up for our mailing list for marketing materials about our products), when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us or interact with us on 3rd party platforms which we have an official presence on. The personal information we collect in these cases may include your name, email, physical address, birthday, or country. We may also receive information from third parties, such as a credit card processing service.

Information collected from other sources
We may collect limited data from public databases, social media platforms, and/or other outside sources. For example, if you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Instagram or Twitter), we receive personal information about you such as your name, email address, and/or gender. Any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.

2. How do we use cookies?

We may place cookies on our website. Cookies are small files downloaded to your device. Cookies help us to ensure the safety and functionality of our websites. We only use strictly necessary cookies on our websites, and we use these security and session cookies that are strictly necessary to provide you with the services you have requested.

3. Who has access to your information

We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties”) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information.

When you share personal information (for example, by posting comments to our Services, or play online games produced by us) or otherwise interact with public areas of the Services, such personal information may be viewed by all users of our Services and may be publicly made available outside the Services in perpetuity, such as your online username. Also, we may display your online gaming username (such as your PlayStation Network ID) publically on our website when you play our online games. If you interact with other users of our Services via a social or gaming network (such as Twitter or PlayStation Network), the other users on the social or gaming network may see your profile, name, profile photo, and/or other personal information.

We do not sell or share your information to third parties. We only process customer's information to operate our services for our customers. We do use third parties for hosting our websites and credit card processing, which may expose your information to those third parties if you make purchases on our website or use our services.

4. Is your information transferred internationally?

Our website servers are hosted by a third party located in the United States of America. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information.

5. What is our stance about third party websites?

Our Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable directly or indirectly for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

6. How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from anyone under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. Some 3rd party video game platforms (such as PlayStation Network) allow users under the age of 18 years old to have accounts to play online games that are published by us to these video game platforms, so their online gaming ID may be collected by us. (See section 1 titled "What information do we collect?" on this page for more information). If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us here.

9. Do we make updates to this notice?

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a "Last Updated" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy notice, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes on our website or by directly sending you a notification if you have signed up for our mailing list. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

10. Information about "Do Not Track" features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference to not have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice to not be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

11. What rights do I have regarding my personal information?

Based on the applicable laws of your country, you may have the right to: request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please contact us here.
